The stay was quite pleasant, my lady and I enjoyed ourselves very much. The staff was warm, friendly and attentive. The Kart rides to and from the rooms are a very nice touch since the property is so massive. The food was good, particularly the breakfast buffet. A bit more work could be done with the dinner buffet though but overall the entire stay was perfect, I will definitely be visiting again soon!

Great hosting and reception by Ondela. She is great at what she does and went extra mile to make us feel welcomed. The facilities are worth their price, the mountainous views and the pool is great. Did the spa treatment at the facility, and really enjoyed it as well

Excellent service at every level. Waiters and food were great. Porters, reception, everybody very friendly and they go out of their way to help. Food is well prepared and so very tasty. I'll be back again. It's a wonderful place, great experience

The Spa is beautiful and well organised. The service is also superb. Thank you Sonto for an amazing massage. I will definitely be back when its warmer so i can use all the water facilities. Would also love to try out the dining facilities. thanks

The reception, room, restaurant and Uber services were par excellent👌The sitting check in and check out arrangement has privacy and elegance enhanced by the offer of beverages while you are served with hospitality. Restaurant meals were very good and tasty served well. Had an overall Awesome experience with nature and meandering pathways to compliment it all the way. Thank you very much for a Delightful and relaxing weekend. Blessings💝

Customer service has dropped. Waiting time just to ge tcoffee for both days was 20 Min. 1 hr to get ice in the room.we ordered the cart to fetch us from our room. On 3 occassions it never arrived. We came back because the last time we were here it was magical. We sadly will not come back.

We went to the spa at mount grace and the entire facility is great. So is the service. We did the 90 min Swedish massage which was amazing. Much better than the hot stone massage too. My therapist also relieved a knot I had in my back which I’m very happy about! The lunch menu could do with improvements otherwise the meals were good!
